Portable rig & mini excavator
Ezra Construction specializes in drilling and construction in hard to reach locations with tight access. Most drill rigs are very large and cannot be utilized in basements, on hillsides, or in any tight spaces. Using portable drilling rigs and mini excavators, even projects with limited access can be reached. For example, Ezra Construction can work on foundations under existing structures with only 8 feet of headroom.
Foundation Piers
Piers up to 30 inches in diameter for structural foundations can be drilled vertically as well as horizontally into hillsides. We regularly deal with depths of up to 35 feet and can accommodate special jobs requiring additional depth.
For existing foundation needing additional support Ezra Construction has the ability to access hard to reach locations whether that means on a steep slope or under your home.
